What stood out most was the collective energy. With over 100 participants actively engaging, it felt less like a panel and more like a shared commitment to moving equity forward.

Facilitating Reclaiming Care: Integrating AI Literacy for Liberatory Leadership created space for honest dialogue about how we bring care and innovation together in leadership.

These experiences continue to shape how I approach this work—centering people, not just process.
